When determining an injured worker’s average weekly wage, consider that the date range must be after the date of hire and prior to the date of injury. Use all taxable earnings/income including, but not limited to, overtime, vacation pay, sick pay, bonuses, etc.

*Refer to the correct Workers’ Compensation chart to determine maximum TTD rate based on the date of injury.
